Dosing systems

Italproget internally manufactures the dosing systems, which are a fundamental function for the correct functioning of the installations.
These machines represent solutions for correctly storing and/or dosing incoming material to a line or section of the system.

At the top of the line, it represents the first stage of waste processing, having the function of tearing up the packaging and making the material loose and workable. Integrated with an accumulation belt, it can also act as a dispenser to regulate the supply of material inside the system.

It is a solution for accumulating, storing and then dosing - through the drum placed at the top of the machine - the material entering the line. The integrated conveyor can be sliding, chain or walking floor, depending on the characteristics of the input material.

Used in the system feed phase as a bunker to store and dose the material or to automatically feed the pressing phase, the silos belts are composed of conveyor belt (available in different models depending on the characteristics of the input material) and panels that create the storage silos. The silo belt can be equipped with one or two doors with different types of opening and operation.
