Screening systems

Italproget manufactures in-house screening systems, machinery of primary importance in the recycling sector.
These technologies represent established and reliable solutions to efficiently separate any type of material.

It separates the different materials according to their physical properties. The optimal use of ballistic screening allows to obtain a separation of the waste into three (or four) distinct fractions depending on the weight, volume, size and shape (3D, 2D, fine) of the material to be screened.

It is an extremely versatile machine: it is traditionally inserted upstream of the systems to carry out a separation on a dimensional basis and can be used with almost all materials. Italproget offers two different models of rotating screens, depending on the application:

It allows to effectively process high flow rates of material with low component wear. It makes a dimensional separation of the incoming waste.
